Meet the Team
Laura Argyropulo Coryton
Laura runs the UK campaign 'Stop Taxing Periods. Period'. Around the UK, sanitary tax is considered 'luxurous' enough to be taxed at 5% whilst maintaining private jets and eating crocodile meat is 'essential' enough to avoid tax altogether.
Julia Argyropulo Coryton
Julia is the creative director of our UK campaign. She designed this website, created Sam our new period mascot, and has worked with Laura closely since the petition was launched in May 2014.
Atticus Kidd
Atticus acts as statistician for the UK campaign. He prepares and presents our numerical evidence and arguments, and offers a male perspective when necessary.
